Dear Gary,

We would like to thank you and the whole Aubuchon team for a truly outstanding experience during the building of our home. We are thrilled with our new home and look forward to occupying it on a permanent basis. You have far exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

During the 2 1/2 + years of our extended planning, selection and construction phases, Aubuchon personnel were with us every step of the way. We appreciate all the helpful suggestions and recommendations we have received along the way and have incorporated as many as were financially feasible.

We would particularly like to thank Jeff Miloff for nurturing the dream; the Evalutions staff especially Jacque and Eva , for their patience, guidence and tasteful suggestions; and the "super-supers"; Carl and Jim, who worked with us throughout the construction phase. We also appreciate your assistance in finding a way to eliminate the slider column and your suggestion for down sizing the house and lowering the cost of the staircase. We were also fortnate to have been here during key construction phases and were able to benefit from the insight of numerous sub-contractors, particularly Phil Schmidt during the framing stage. In addition, please pass along our appreciation to Tom Hinkle for designing us a truly awesome house.

While it was difficult at times being up north while construction was underway, we were confident that our Aubuchon representatives would act in our best interest. When problems arose, we were consulted and the solution was developed in a competent and professional manner.

Thanks again for all your support. The Aubuchon team is not only very competent but the individuals are all very ethical as well as being very nice people that we would be proud to call our friends.
