Aubuchon Strong

Dear Gary and Associates,
Damon and I have been in our new home for nearly six month now and we still pinch ourselves to make sure we're not dreaming.

We are grateful to you and your company from the very onset of this project building our house through it's completion.

As you recall, we had been your next door neighbors to your "Home of the Year" model. We took all of our guest next door for the grand tour and your sales team became our friends, especially Allen Miloff, Peggy Senna, and Rick Anzola. They were always welcoming, warm and friendly. This was the beginning of wonderful relationships.

Allen Miloff helped us find out about owning an Aubuchon home. When the time came we listed our house with him. (Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group, Inc.) Allen was always accessible, knowledgeable, kind and professional. I'm certain there were times that he felt as if he was joined to us at the hip! Poor guy, but he had a great sense of humor and dealt beautifully with us.

When we sat down with "our team" at Omni One, we were certain we had made the right choice. The camaraderie of the employees at the table showed us they were confident in what they were doing and enjoyed their challenges and their work. That was our only contact with Derek Woolf and we appreciate his skill in designing our house.

And that's when we met Darryl Aubuchon, our building superintendent. Darryl has built us a home that already withstood a tornado and hurricane Charley! We were in Massachusetts when our friends, who were pet sitting for us needed to evacuate Pine Island due to the hurricane. Darryl took time that I'm sure he didn't have, to get a key to them so they could stay in our home during the hurricane. They too have testified to the fact that this Aubuchon home is strong, sturdy and well built. We watched this house grow daily and Darryl was always available to answer our questions. He too was always friendly, courteous and informative.

Marco Arcentales, Jacque Miloff and Eva Stulb helped me through the selection process. The choices before me were so beautiful! I appreciated their input and I always looked forward to my appointments with them. It was such fun.

Upon moving into the house, it was clean thanks to the gals from Sister Act. Brian Joswick has done, and continues to do, excellent punch out work for us. He's always punctual, thorough and friendly. We know that we can count on him when needed. And the subcontractors, that we have contacted, have all been courteous and reliable.

And then there is Diane Noga with Evalutions, who is transforming our beautiful house into this lovely home. She's attentive to what I say, my likes and dislikes, and always comes up with the perfect solution. She has a wonderful eye for creativity and great expertise in design. She's helped us blend the old in along with the new. She's fun and a joy to work with along with her sidekick Tasha. When the house is decorated, I'm going to miss our meetings. We are grateful to Diane and thankful for this service that's offered to your clients.

There are so many people in your organization that I haven't named behind all the work that went into selling our previous home and building the new one. We are appreciative to everyone.
